Volgjewoning & Innobrix have joined forces to develop a beautiful integration between both platforms.
A client can now design and submit their future residence in 3D via their own housing dossier. All data is centrally managed and maintained in MyBuildAssist. Additionally, it is possible to create a connection with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central en AFAS Software.

The Innobrix residence configurator transforms BIM into interactive virtual residences. This allows the homebuyer to design their own 3D residence, select residence options, save and submit residence designs. All of this can be done with their own account, on a smartphone/tablet, and the residence designs can always be revisited or changed at a later time.
Clients go directly to Innobrix via MyBuildAssist. They log in with their account and then can configure their residence. Afterward, they can save this configuration, and the construction company can see all configurations made for a building number in an overview.
With the integration, it is possible to let clients log in to Innobrix directly from MyBuildAssist and to see selected residence options in Innobrix reflected in the choice list of MyBuildAssist.
How it works, step by step
- Link project MyBuildAssist – Innobrix
- Link residences
- Choose the dossier to which the configurator should be linked
- Link ready! Clients can now configure their residence
- Choices made? As soon as the clients return from Innobrix to MyBuildAssist, we will show all configurations made to the client. They can then submit these to MyBuildAssist.
