With the integration between Microsoft Dynamics and MyBuildAssist, we aim to create a situation where the data within Microsoft Dynamics always remains pure and reliable. MyBuildAssist primarily reads data from the Microsoft Dynamics dataset and can introduce options that have not yet been chosen into Microsoft Dynamics.
The integration with Microsoft Dynamics is built on the most commonly used implementation (that of 4PS), and the web services are developed and maintained by our Microsoft Certified partner Xperit.
What data is processed through the integration?
- Project data (project number, project name, active project manager(s))
- Residences and residence types
- Client data (automatically linked to the residence)
- Option lists
Rules regarding client choices
- Options offered from Microsoft Dynamics are shown as read-only within MyBuildAssist (including contract options)
- Clients and project managers can freely make choices in MyBuildAssist
- Choices made in MyBuildAssist can be submitted to Microsoft Dynamics per building number.
- Choices submitted from MyBuildAssist to Microsoft Dynamics become read-only after submission
- The read-only options can be edited or lifted from within Microsoft Dynamics
