“With this handy feature in the MyBuildAssist portal, we have already made many prospective residents happy. It saves project managers from having to forward messages and complies with all privacy legislation. Top functionality”

In every client support process, sooner or later you get the question: “How do I get in touch with my future neighbors?” Organizationally, it’s quite a hassle. You need permission from clients to share personal details. How do you organize that? MyBuildAssist has come up with a great solution for this
The plug-in: ‘Share Your Details with Your Neighbors.’ With a simple sliding motion, a client gives permission to share their name, phone number, and email address with other clients who have also given the green light. No more hassle with time-consuming approval processes. And you as the project manager: You only need to activate the plug-in.
How it works
- Activate the ‘Share data’ plug-in’
- Link the plug-in to a dossier that you want to use for this purpose (for example, a project information item).
What does your client see?
A client who has not yet given permission sees a box to check to agree that their details may be shared with other clients within the project who have also given their permission.
A client who shares details will then see a list of other clients within the project who have also shared their details. A client who does not share their own details will not see the details of other clients.
What do you see?
For the item to which you have linked the plug-in, you see a list of the individuals per residence who have shared their details.
If you want to withdraw consent for a client (perhaps at their request), click on the respective residence in the left menu bar. You can check the box for the permission that needs to be withdrawn.
