MyBuildAssist works with the standard programs for digitally signing documents: Entrust and DocuSign. Once the choices for the residence have been made, you can easily have them digitally signed via MyBuildAssist. This applies to every document and even the purchase contract.
As a project manager, you have complete control over the documents. You are the one who manages the document status and sets deadlines. Keeping an overview can be left to MyBuildAssist. The entire progress is visible in the portal. You know exactly which clients have already responded and which ones you need to send a reminder to. This way, we make the work a lot easier.
